Creative Shoe design
Shoemaster creative is the perfect Solution for designers and development technicians, offering versatility and creativity combined with accuracy of working on a 3D shoe las.
Designers can produce effective and proportional 3D designs using corporate colors, materials and component. Seasonal ranges can be built and selected in a virtual environment helping to speed the process and minimize costs by reducing the need for physical samples.
Development technicians can help bridge the gap between design and production by creating realistic, proportionally accurate and complete 3D virtual samples of designer's ideas. Aside from the expected time and cost savings, Designers are given a true evaluation of their design once it has been prepared for production and more accurate, considered CAD data can then be used by pattern Designers.

Material consumption and Specification, One of the applications of Shoemaster
APAII is a new innovative program for advance pattern assessment. The pioneering system has the ability to cover both leather and synthetic materials. It provides a customer with a number of unique methods to assess how much material will be used within their business. Analysis what levels of waste can be expected for pieces, groups of pieces and complete shoes. APAII allows for a total Solution for the calculation of material consumptions, with industry proven methods of simulating the results achieved on the factory floor.
APAII advantage is it eliminates the guesswork from out of material stock control. Linking specific materials directly to the patterns and amounts cut. There is also various nesting methods employed so that a customer has the ability to effectively decide the most appropriate method for their day to day working practice. The program is designed to reflect a companies Working methods Where both automatic and manual programming functions can be initiated. As a result the system is effective in bringing in cost control at very early stages of shoe development.

Pattern Engineering - Classic
Shoemaster classic offers the most traditional form of CAD/CAD for Shoemakers.
It is the proper resolution for pattern engineers desire to develop and perform advanced shell construction and grading. All pattern construction are possible as well as extensive size and fit grading features.
As this system grades the complete shell or shoe it has a significant advantage when compared to a piece grading system. Pieces that are share common lines are linked so that they automatically grade in the same way and if the line is modified then all associated pieces are updated automatically.
Shoemaster classic is designed with today’s footwear engineers mind. It perfectly emulates complicated manual processes like pattern springing, moccasin shoe constructions, allowances and feather tables.
All these processes are completed during a fraction of the time taken for a manual equivalent, and with a level of accuracy solely potential with a computer based system. For example, using the style transfer function, you can reduce the process of re-designing existing style from hours to a matter of minutes.
An optional module is also available to develop tooling such as block markers, stitching pallets and assembly jigs.
